His journey in tech began with self-taught sessions and online code schools, culminating in a comprehensive education at The Iron Yard Academy.

Shaun's career highlights include leading significant projects as a Senior Product Engineer at North American Bancard, where he was part of the original team to build out a point-of-sale software solution from scratch to implementation within 5 years. He was a key contributor to the bridge and support application, the online ordering, and the Scan to Pay application. His tenure at Charter Spectrum saw him recognized for his excellence with an award, thanks to his pivotal role as a Full-Stack Web Developer building out an internal sales application that became the key driver in creating a thriving and competitive sales culture.
